We are determined to create an environment where athletes are growing, supported, and inspired. This gym was built on a true love for the sport, with the intention of that passion showing in every athlete who walks through our doors.

    Tumbling classes are available for beginners, intermediate, and advanced athletes of all ages. From pre-K athletes all the way to 18-year-olds, there is a class for everyone. Tumbling is offered year-round and is perfect for athletes wanting extra work outside of school or team cheer. With multiple levels available, athletes can continue progressing their skills and find the class that best fits their needs.

    Intro to All Stars is the perfect class for athletes interested in competitive all-star cheerleading. This class bridges the gap between regular tumbling classes and future competitive all-star teams by introducing athletes to motions, jumps, stunting, tumbling, choreography, and performance skills. As Southern Elite Athletics continues to grow, this class will help build the foundation needed to form competitive teams once numbers allow. Athletes will gain confidence, improve technique, and experience the excitement of all-star cheer in a fun and encouraging environment.
